Soma Policies
By attending Soma Pole Studio, you are agreeing to the following policies...
**For social media and marketing purposes, we may take photos of classes. We will always ask for consent before taking the photo. Any client may decline to be in any photo. It is the client's sole responsibility to explicitly decline to be in the photo. If the client does not explicitly decline to be in the photo, the following release will apply:
I hereby grant Soma Pole Studio permission to use my likeness in a photograph, video, or other digital media (“photo”) in any and all of its publications, including web-based publications, without payment or other consideration. I understand and agree that all photos will become the property of the Soma Pole Studio and will not be returned. I hereby irrevocably authorize Soma Pole Studio to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute these photos for any lawful purpose. In addition, I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photo. I hereby hold harmless, release, and forever discharge Soma Pole Studio from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization. I understand that Soma Pole Studio is not responsible for photos posted by classmates in which I appear. I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE ABOVE PHOTO RELEASE. I AFFIRM THAT I AM AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE.
By booking a class at Soma Pole Studio, you confirm that you have read and understood the following booking policies:
1. All bookings must be made online and in advance.
2. The door is locked promptly at the beginning of class. No late arrivals will be accepted, refunded, rescheduled, or credited.
3. Class cancellations may be made up to eight hours in advance of the class without penalty. Late cancellations (cancellations made within eight hours of class start time) will incur a $10 fee (for those with the Unlimited pass) or result in the loss of the class credit (for those without an Unlimited pass).
4. We have a no refund policy.
5. Extensions on class packages, drop-ins, or memberships will not be granted.
6. If you need to cancel a month-to-month membership, you must send us an email at least 5 days in advance of your membership renewal date. Memberships will not be canceled with less than 5 days notice.
